Tim is a nomad, drinks 20 cups of coffee a day. he lives at truck stops along I10. He loves to eat steak and beg for people to send him donations. He never sees his family as they want nothing to do with him. If he's talking he's lying. He loves to meet men at Nathan Bendover Park in Sarasota
Change poem background
In the dust of I10's endless lanes,
Lives Tim, a nomad, boundless and vain.
With twenty cups of coffee as his guide,
He chases the horizon, where secrets hide.
At truck stops, he finds solace and steak,
In each sizzling bite, a dream he can’t shake.
He begs for donations, a traveler’s song,
Yet the words in his mouth, forever wrong.
Family long lost in a rearview scene,
Their absence, a shadow where love had been.
But in Nathan Bendover’s shaded embrace,
He meets fleeting friends, a moment’s grace.
In every sip, in each transient lie,
Tim tillers along, as life passes by.
