Father-in-law passing. Known and loved for 40 years.
Change poem background
In the quiet corners of memory's hall,
Where echoes of laughter gently call,
A figure stands, steadfast and true,
A father-in-law, as fathers do.
Forty years, a tapestry spun,
With threads of wisdom and work well done,
His presence a beacon, his love a guide,
Anchoring hearts with humble pride.
Though time may soften his voice's trace,
His spirit remains in the sacred space
Of shared stories, of lessons taught,
In every tender moment caught.
Now with the stars in a serene gaze,
He watches o'er the days we raise,
A silent guardian from skies above,
Wrapped in the folds of eternal love.
