Its. Fathers day today but a year since dad passed writr a poem
Change poem background
In whispers of the morning breeze,
I hear your gentle voice,
Though Father's Day now passes by,
Without a choice.
A year has swept its quiet tide,
Yet echoes still remain,
In empty chairs and worn-out shoes,
A tender, lasting pain.
Your laughter lingers in the air,
A melody of love,
In every star that lights the night,
I find you up above.
So on this day, I honor you,
With memories profound,
For even though you've drifted on,
In my heart, you're found.
