Write a poem about hurting the person I love the most without intending to, about how important she is to me, how I want to be a better woman for her, and how I will fight to make things right
Change poem background
In quiet corners of the heart I dwell,
A tempest brewed where gentle whisper fell,
Unwitting words like arrows swift took flight,
And in their wake, the night consumed our light.
Oh dearest soul, your essence lights my way,
A beacon hale upon the darkest day,
I never meant to cast a shadow near,
But stumbled frail and fed the creeping fear.
Your laughter is where sunlit gardens grow,
In every shade of love, my heart does know,
I vow to tender every growing vine,
To weave a tapestry with threads divine.
A better woman I aspire to be,
With open hands and heart, embracing thee,
I'll fight to mend what careless winds have torn,
To love anew, as night awakes to morn.
