Why cant i rip my skin off i want to show you how tough i am that im not weak what if i do cry why cant you pick up the pieces why must you not see the pain i am
Change poem background
In silent screams beneath my skin,
A war of strength does rage within.
The world, deaf to the silent cries,
Sees only strength, undaunted guise.
To tear away this fragile shell,
Expose the heart where shadows dwell,
But tears are veils of fleeting grace,
Unseen in this stoic, silent place.
Why can’t you gather shards of soul,
Where broken whispers take their toll?
Blind to the storm that stirs the sea,
You miss the pain that lives in me.
Yet in this hidden, shadowed land,
A quiet courage takes its stand.
For strength is more than what you see—
It's rising when you can't be free.
