A poem about: It's my husband's Ashley's birthday tomorrow. He was born in the year 1969. We are a gay couple. We have 2 daxies who we love dearly names Max and Teddy. He likes red wine every afternoon and to smoke. We love going on holidays and our favourite holiday destinations are Agadir and Bodrum. I affectionately refer him to Pupsy and he refers to me as Bubsy. We like going out for dinners and to have a drink at the Forbidden Fruit bar on the sea front. He cooks a really good chilli and Sunday roast.

In sixty-nine, the stars aligned, For Pupsy’s birth that year defined. Tomorrow's dawn brings joy anew, For you, my love, in skies so blue. With Max and Teddy by our side, Our days with love are magnified. Red wine in hand at afternoon's glow, With smoke that curls in gentle show. To Agadir's sands and Bodrum's shore, We've wandered far, yet yearned for more. Together we've danced through foreign lands, Hand in hand with warm, clasped hands. At Forbidden Fruit, the sea's embrace, Bubsy and Pupsy find their place. Saturday nights with bar light beams, We toast to us, ignite our dreams. Your chilli warms, your roasts delight, In every dish your heart takes flight. Here's to you, my love, my mate, Let’s celebrate, as we create.
