Rebecca's birthday and I wish I was there to help her celebrate.
Change poem background
In the glow of April's gentle sun,
Rebecca's day of birth begun.
Balloons and laughter fill the air,
Yet I'm afar, not standing there.
Candles flicker in a joyful dance,
Silent wishes made perchance.
Though miles apart, my heart can see
The joy in her that sets her free.
May her day be bright with cheer,
Until the day I too am near,
To join the song of laughter's flare—
Rebecca’s joy, beyond compare.
