Jacob is a cheesehead from Wisconsin who likes the Packers and Isabel is from Minnesota and likes Vikings. Jacob works from home as a Data Isabel is a nurse in the Nicu. They balance each other out. Isabel is a sweet with a little spice which is what I love about her. Jacob has a kind heart but what I love the way he loves Isabel. They like to drink beer and gather with friends and watch hockey games.
Change poem background
In Minnesota's embrace where the seasons unfold,
Jacob and Isabel's story is lovingly told.
From Bethel's bright halls where their journey began,
To vows by the lakeshore, where their new life began.
In a house full of laughter, where Millie roams free,
This cheesehead and Viking, as happy as can be.
With Packers and Vikings, they banter with glee,
Yet in every debate, their love is the key.
Isabel, with sweet spice, brings warmth with her care,
In the NICU’s soft light, her heart she lays bare.
Jacob, with numbers, works right from their abode,
But it's Isabel’s laughter that lightens his load.
With beer in their hands, and friends gathered near,
Cheers echo with happiness, laughter sincere.
Through hockey night thrills, and crisp evening air,
They find joy in the simple, the moments they share.
So here's to a union as vast as the skies,
Where hearts beat as one, with love's gentle guise.
In balance they flourish, like leaves on a tree,
Jacob and Isabel, forever will be.
