**Eat**
In the mirror's shattered gaze, shadows speak,
A hunger whispered, yet I feel weak.
Guilt wraps tight 'round every bite,
Whispers turn daylight into night.
Each morsel, a mountain I must climb,
Burdened by echoes of my own crime.
The whispered promises of a hollow vow,
Echoes in silence, forgotten somehow.
Time and again I dance with pain,
An endless cycle, a haunting refrain.
In hunger's grasp, I've lost my way,
In silence, my soul fades away.
A plate of guilt, a fork of shame,
In this fragile world, I'm to blame.
The world moves fast, while I stand still,
Praying, one day, I'll find my fill.
