NA-Checkmate ang puso ko, Narahuyo sa Manlalaro ng tablero
Change poem background
In a chamber lit by midnight's glow,
Upon the board, my heart laid low;
A player skilled with gentle guise,
Captured all with cunning eyes.
His knights and bishops danced with flair,
While pawns moved forth with quiet care.
My heart, once queen of staunch defense,
Now checkmated by pure eloquence.
Enchanted by his every move,
Each turn a symphony to prove
That love's a game of deft intrigue
Where hearts surrender as they league.
Thus narahuyo, lost am I,
Within the game where hearts must vie,
Where on the board, both daring and coy,
He played my heart and claimed his joy.
