Laura, moved from sweden to australia, moving back home, farwell
Change poem background
Laura left the Nordic shores,
Where the birch and pine trees sway,
To find a sunlit island home
Where kangaroos and emus play.
In fields of gold and cobalt blue,
Her dreams were carried by the breeze,
Amongst wildflowers and echoing skies,
She found new roots beneath the trees.
But now the whisper of the fjord
Calls her back to lands of snow,
Where auroras dance and reindeer roam,
And distant memories start to glow.
So with a heart both light and torn,
She bids farewell to sunlit seas.
In the leaving, she finds love reborn,
For home is where the soul finds peace.
