A poem about suicideNothing to hold on toMy mind starts to wish to escapeI have nothing else to seek for As I sincerely wish for death
Change poem background
In shadows deep, my weary soul resides,
A heavy heart where silent sorrow hides,
No anchor firm, my hands find naught to clasp,
In emptiness, I seek a final gasp.
The mind, like birds, yearns for the skies so high,
Where pain dissolves upon the endless sigh,
No beacon guides, for hope has lost its glow,
In dusk's embrace, I wish to let life go.
Yet in this night, a whisper soft and clear—
A plea of light, though dim, still drawing near—
In scattered shards, a fragile dream may weave,
A gentle call to live, if I believe.
