Pap I'm so grateful for the time I had with you. Your love and guidance meant the world to me and you were a source of strength and comfort, and your legacy of love will live on through us all.I'll never forget all the moments we shared, the holidays in Bude and Brean, car boots, our family gatherings, playing skittles together and working with you as a gardener but mainly always being there for me through all the hard times, giving myself and Leon a place we once called home. Pap, you will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. Until we meet again. I love you always.
Change poem background
In memory's garden, time gently sleeps,
A legacy of love in heart's quiet keep.
Your voice, a compass through life's maze,
Guided me with unwavering gaze.
In Bude and Brean, where laughter soared,
And tales of car boots and treasures stored.
Family gathered, skittles fell,
In those simple joys, loved dwells.
Amidst the flowers, our hands toiled,
With nature's bounty, our spirits uncoiled.
Your strength, a pillar through each storm,
In your embrace, we found our norm.
The echoes of home, sweet warmth of the hearth,
Are etched in the lines of earth's gentle path.
Though miles apart, your spirit remains,
A beacon of love, through joy and pains.
Dear Pap, you’ve sewn seeds of grace,
In every heart, your cherished place.
Until we meet beyond time’s veil,
In whispers of love, your tale prevails.
