• it started with a swipe to the right on tinder in 2017, where we talked for weeks. we decided to meet in cork when they were turning on the christmas lights. when i arrived in the train station i pretended to not have seen chris so he would have to come to me. I was so nervous i nearly ran into cork city where i mostly chatted while chris was very quiet and we had mcdonalds. when we were saying goodbye at the train station chris went in for a hug which i advoided. I was a bit unsure because chris was so quiet but mammy and aoife said give him another chance. after that we travelled to see each other via train and bus in ballyhea and youghal. in 2022 we moved into our own place, our shagin wagon. altough its small we have made the place our home. its handy living next to mammy and daddy to nab the odd toilet roll or two. then in 2023 we decided it was time to get engaged, we picked out a ring and set the date. when we got to our hotel room, chris was being too slow so i asked are you going to do it yet and he barely had the ring box open when i pulled out the ring. now here we are 8 years later tying the note. chris you are my bestfriend and i look forward to our future and adventures
